Recruitment Process
CPEC conducts a selective recruitment process in which candidates are expected to demonstrate their motivation, analytical mindset and genuine interest in Private Markets and finance.
The recruitment process begins with an online application, followed by one or more interview rounds aimed at assessing both technical knowledge and personal fit.
Successful candidates will then receive an offer to join the Club.
